Most nurseries demand payment out front for a 1 Year Guarantee which you may never need. At Thuja Gardens you pay when and only if you need replacements.
A tree replacement is set at 15% of original cost of tree or trees replaced + return shipping and handling charges. If any product was damaged in shipping, or you are not happy with it, please notify us within 48 hours from receipt and save all contents and packaging. We reserve the right to request pics and or return of trees.

To initiate a return
Please be informed that Thuja Gardens mandates all returns to be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order, with the shipping costs borne by the customer. You will need to take your order to your chosen shipping provider and adhere to their guidelines for the return process. Should your return be due to an issue that arose during shipping, we encourage you to visit our warranty page for further assistance.
In the event that I return my order, will I receive a full refund?
It is essential that your order is returned to us in the same condition as it was dispatched. Items that are not in a re-sellable state will not be eligible for a return claim. Furthermore, please note that store credit will be issued upon receipt of your returned items by Thuja Gardens, rather than a cash refund. The amount of store credit will correspond to the product price of the returned order. Thuja Gardens does not cover any shipping fees or warranty-related purchases.
