You will recieve a E-mail from FedEx the day your order ships with all tracking information, as well as the exact delivery date.

A plant refund is based on the plant cost. Customer pays Shipping and Handling charges. If any product was damaged in shipping, or you are not happy with it, please notify us within 48 hours from receipt and save all contents and packaging. We reserve the right to request a return of trees.
