Shipping Information

Orders recieved by Sunday as a rule will ship by Wensday of the following week. You will recieve a
E-mail from UPS the day your order ships with all tracking information, as well as the exact delivery
date. In the subject line of the Email you will see
Quantum View Notify.

Please don't keep the phone lines tied up calling to check on orders that are less than 8 days old....
as they will not have a ship date. NO EXCEPTIONS


•  Live plant goods are processed, packed, and shipped at the proper planting time f your     
hardness zone.

•  All non-perishable goods will be processed, packed and shipped promptly.

•  Please note that credit cards are billed at time of order.

•  Your order may arrive in separate boxes, and in this case all shipping charges will be applied      
at the time of order.  This will not affect the total cost of your order.


Nursery stock is perishable. All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected on arrival
and then placed in proper storage. Any problems with the condition or quality or quantity of goods received should
be brought to our attention immediately. In the rare event that you should receive a package that is obviously
damaged in delivery,

Please report to UPS the damaged package and refuse the package, then call us to inform us of
the problem, and we will promptly ship you a replacement order.
