Shipping Information
We ship UPS, you will recieve a E-mail from UPS the day your order ships with all tracking
information, as well as the exact delivery date. This lets you know 2 to 5 days ahead of time when
to expect your order. (The 2 to 5 days depends on where you are located)

Nursery stock is perishable. All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and
inspected on arrival and then placed in proper storage. Any problems with the condition or
quality or quantity of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately. In the rare
event that you should receive a package that is obviously damaged in delivery, please report to
UPS the damaged package and refuse delivery, then call us to inform us of the problem,
and we will promptly ship you a replacement order.

| Shipping Times - Spring shipping starts February 1st. and runs through May 31st. Fall shipping starts September 1st. and runs through December 15th. - All orders start shipping out by the order they came in. All trees ship in the containers so you can keep them watered until you get around to planting them. We will ship anytime of the year upon the customers request, however planting out of season can void our Guarantee. • Live plant goods are processed, packed, and shipped at the proper planting time for your hardness zone. • All non-perishable goods will be processed, packed and shipped promptly. • Please note that credit cards are billed at time of order. • Your order may arrive in separate boxes, and in this case all shipping charges will be applied at the time of order. This will not affect the total cost of your order. |
