Thuja Gardens offers a full one-year replacement guarantee. If your tree has to be replaced within 90 days of
delivery, we’ll replace it for 25% of the original cost plus shipping. If your tree dies after 90 days, but not more
than 1 year, we’ll replace it for 50% of the original cost plus shipping.This GUARANTEE does not apply to
bare-root or container plants under 1 gallon in size. The only guarantee on bare-root and seedlings is that

we can contact UPS. Do this right away! The damaged box and plants must be returned to Thuja
Gardens in a prompt manner. We cannot honor claims for any damage done to your box or trees after 48
hours of receiving the order.
